Cancellation Policy

Seattle Car Service offers a flexible cancellation policy designed to accommodate unexpected changes to your travel plans. For most services, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund with no penalties. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. For high-demand times or special events, such as holidays, additional notice may be required.

 

Seattle Car Service understands that travel plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for your convenience. Our policy is as follows:

  1. Standard Reservations:

    • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund with no fees.
    • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount, depending on the service type.
  2. High-Demand Periods & Special Events:

    • During peak travel times, holidays, or special events, we may require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours during these periods may incur a fee up to 100% of the booking amount, as specified at the time of booking.
  3. No-Shows:

    • If the passenger fails to show up without prior cancellation, a no-show fee equivalent to the full fare will apply.
  4. Changes to Bookings:

    • We strive to accommodate changes to bookings if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Change requests within 24 hours of pick-up are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
